My name is Andrew Whitney
I am an industrial engineer by hobby and strategic portfolio director by trade. I balance the fine line of financial modeling with intangible qualitative decision making. I seek out opportunities where others deem impossible and excel at finding diamonds in the rough.

Passive business ownership is my primary objective. Positive cash flows and a clear management coverage plan are the biggest determining factors when I look for acquisitions. I specialize in pre and post-acquisition deliverables; cash flow modeling, P&L scenario building, deal structure and purchase price analysis, vendor/contract negotiation, LLC formation and operating agreements, revenue optimization and expense mitigation. I am ready and willing to partner on more acquisitions.

I hold a dual bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Finance from Indiana University with minors in Economics and Spanish. I am working a tenured career in corporate America for various mid-major to major companies in both finance and operations. My experience includes real estate growth strategies (IRR/Proformas), CapEx project planning/strategic investments (ROI/ROIC), loyalty points and credit/gift card modeling (revenue recognition), Operational flow modeling (time studies), cash flow/sales forecast modeling, and much more.

My networking and interpersonal communication skills are invaluable assets in the world of business. I am an expert at building and nurturing relationships along with identifying opportunities in many different settings. My problem solving and collaborative background has supported every facet of our business acquisition journey.

I hold a Master's degree is Clinical Counseling and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Community Psychology from National Louis University. I currently own and operate the WholeHearted Living & Wellness Club. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adolescents, women, and men. I specialize in working with people healing from trauma and utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy along with Internal Family Systems and Body Integrative modalities to work alongside my clients as they pursue their therapeutic goals.
I have previously held a Community Psychology Consulting role within a rural community where she helped to assess the needs of the entire County as it pertained to mental health resources and barriers involving adolescent populations.​
